Proposal

Section 1 – Rationale (approx. 100 words)
This section provides an opportunity to reflect on, review and summarise your progress and achievements through the first seven units. It also offers a chance for you to take stock of the knowledge, skills and understanding you have acquired, what you know now, compared with what you knew and could do before you started the course, and how this has influenced your choice of pathway and your project proposal.

I believe my time throughout the first seven units has really helped my grow as a actor and as a person, the course has made me a stronger person, it has helped me grow into a much more confident version of myself. Beforehand I felt as if I could only do one type of acting, which was comedic, making people laugh but this year has shown me that I can step away from that and be natural or be different, it showed me that I can engage the audience in another way that isn't laughter, its helped me understand that,I can strive to be better then what I am right now, because I did the same thing at the start of the year.

Section 2 – Project concept (approx. 200 words)
This section provides an opportunity for you to clearly explain the concept and aims of your project. This should include what you anticipate producing, the research and ideas that will support its development and the levels and types of resources that you will need to complete and present your project realisation within the allocated timescale. You should include the names of anyone you will be collaborating with and/or those who will perform in your piece.

The concept of Love and Information is unique, its different, the scenes are all open for interpretation, you could do anything with the scenes as long as it made sense, my aim for the project is to try enjoy making all the scenes, taking something, creating it and being excited to perform it in front of people, I hope to try research more this unit then any other unit as I always kind of neglect researching projects which isn't the best ideas as I need to know the deeper meanings behind stuff, even the basic information, so I will push myself to try expand my research, I also believe that with the time we have been given, we have more then enough time to present the performance exactly how we want it, the groups consists of Ben,Chloe,Danielle,Daniella,Deja,Diego, Favour, JP, Malinda,Mya, Pedro,Roman, Tristan and Myself. I work with Ben, Danielle, JP,Pedro and Roman.

Section 3 - Evaluation (approx. 50 words)
This section provides an opportunity for you to explain how you will reflect on and self- evaluate your work, as both an on-going activity and at the conclusion of the project.
You should describe how you intend to record your decision-making and how you will document developments as the project progresses. This evaluation should reference your stated aims and be reflective and analytical rather than a description of actions completed.

I will reflect on all the work I've done, seeing how I felt when performing and how others felt about it when watching it, taking all the opinions, constructive and positive criticism from fellow classmates and the teachers and taking everything they say into consideration, especially all of the constructive notes, which will be taken in the notes app on my phone, ensuring I remember what was said and who said it so I can reflect on these things as the course progresses, even taking videos of our rehearsals, watching them back, seeing if anything looks right or wrong and fixing it or improving on it with my partner.

Proposed research sources and bibliography (Harvard format)
Record your intended research sources, both primary (from your own first-hand experience e.g practical studio research) and secondary (from other sources), in this section. Sources of research should be as wide as possible and may include: libraries, museums and galleries, books, film, magazines, TV, radio programmes, websites etc.
Where appropriate you should use the Harvard system of referencing. The bibliography should be continuously updated as the project progresses.

Project action plan and timetable:
Outline your planning and organisation over a period of weeks and the activities you will need to carry out in order to successful complete your project within the agreed time-frame. It is important that your proposed output is realistic so ensure you consider ambition and time when completing this section. Make sure you include what you are going to do, how you will do it and by when. The more time and thought you give to planning your project the more successful it is likely to be. Remember to include time taken to visit sources,  sourcing materials, questionnaires, access to workshops, tutorial and peer group feedback opportunities, as well as when you will incorporate independent study.

Week no,Tasks
  1.  Forming the pieces, bringing the ideas to life, making sure they make sense
  2.  Taking our ideas, developing characters, improvising around said characters, pretending it was a week or a month before the events of our scene.
  3. Hot seating characters from each scene, whats going on with them, who are they, how are they in the situation, how does their story bleed into the scene, with some running of the scenes.
  4. Running scenes, going over some more improv stuff, ensuring we know what we are doing.
  5. Rehearing, ensuring that everything is running smoothly, making sure everyone is on track, everyone is on point.
  6. Full runs of the play, making sure we get the timing right, seeing our stage awareness, working out the running order.
  7. Tech run, ensuring the lighting is good, a dress rehearsal, running through the scenes, with costumes and lighting, preparing for the actual performance.
